I got an interesting call from one of my hotel clients today. I have been maintaining their pool, hot tub, and sauna for the past five years. Within that time, I’ve done routine maintenance and repaired both the pool and hot tub on a few occasions. For the most part, it’s been easy money for the contract fee.

They said that a customer had complained that the sauna would not heat up when he turned it on. This is a first for me. I’ve had no issues with the sauna in the entire time I’ve been contracted by this hotel. In fact, as much as I hate to admit it, I don’t have a lot of experience working on saunas but I guess that stops today. Fortunately, I do have a good source for sauna parts.

Well, off to the grind. I have a friend who has training in sauna repair meeting me at the site so I expect things to go rather smoothly.
